Shipping and Returns FAQ

  • I got my order and it is damaged, defected, and/or has poor ink quality. What’s next?"
    Please send an email to contact@purecinnamonllc.com with a picture of the issue and we will do our best to right our wrongs by offering a replacement. However, we recommend that you please review our Terms and Conditions for specifics as we do not offer refunds, credits, or returns.
  • After my order is submitted, can I make changes to it or cancel it?"
    We are not able to make changes or cancel any orders.
  • How do I know if my order has been shipped?
    When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 2-4 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the USPS site. To track the order, click on the tracking number provided in the email 24-48 hours after you receive the tracking number for an update. If the tracking has not updated, please do not call the Post Office. They will not have any additional information to provide you. Sometimes tracking does not update right away. This does not mean your order has not shipped. It simply means the post office has not scanned the package. Please allow up to 3-12 business days for your order to arrive after you received the tracking number. If this time has passed, and your order has not been delivered, please email us at contact@purecinnamonllc.com. At times, you may receive a tracking number after normal business hours or during the weekend. This means your order has been processed and will be shipped the next business day. If you have not received an email with your tracking number after 4 business days, please check your junk/spam inbox then contact us. Shipping emails are sent to the email address you entered at checkout when placing your order. Please be sure to enter the correct email address at checkout. Also, please be sure your mailing address is complete and correct (including apt. and house numbers) as we may not be able to change your address once the order is completed.
  • When will I receive my order?
    Orders are normally processed within 2-4 business days after the order has been placed. Items you have ordered will arrive to you 3-12 business days after order processing.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we do ship internationally. Please contact contact@purecinnamonllc.com for more information.

Replacing Damaged Items

 

If you received an item that was damaged in shipping or is defected in its appearance, please contact us at  contact@purecinnamonllc.com for instructions and an expedited replacement order. Refunds, returns, and cancellations are not provided for any Pure Cinnamon LLC products. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

NOTE: We reserve the right to research the original purchase, and to limit or decline replacements.

 

We may revise and update these terms periodically. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of our website following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
